At Electrosteel Castings Limited, governance is not a compliance checkbox — it is the foundation on which nearly seven decades of trusted manufacturing have been built. Our policy commitments reflect a deliberate, values-driven approach to how we conduct business: with transparency toward stakeholders, responsibility toward communities, and rigour toward the planet.
ECL's governance structure integrates ethics, sustainability, and accountability at every level of the organisation — from the Board to the plant floor. Our policies are reviewed periodically, audited externally, and aligned with both national regulatory requirements and international best-practice frameworks.

Electrosteel Castings Limited is a proud member of the United Nations Global Compact initiative. By incorporating the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact into our strategies, policies and procedures, and by establishing a culture of integrity across the organisation, we are not only upholding our basic responsibilities to people and planet — we are also setting the stage for long-term, sustainable success.
