Business Excellence Awards Back

The Annual Business Excellence Awards for Electrosteel Castings Limited and Srikalahasthi Pipes Limited were held recently. Spread over three days, this glittering ceremony was held in all the Plants of the Electrosteel Group and was graced by the Top Management.
These awards have been initiated to structure and recognise improvement initiatives in all areas of the Plants and offices. They recognise and reward tangible and intangible cost saving initiatives and improvements in business processes.
This initiative has benefited the Electrosteel Group in terms of cost-saving, employee involvement, improved efficiency and effectiveness.
