Mrs. Radha K Agarwal, is having 13 years of experience in leadership roles steering manufacturing, projects, HR, and commercial areas amongst other important areas in the organisation. She started as an HR executive in 2011 at Electrosteel Steels Limited. She played a key role in stabilising operations by engaging extensively with key stakeholders. Further, reengineering the culture and management style of the organization at Khardah, Bansberia, and Elavur units along with Corporate HR and IT for the group. She played a key role in improving the profitability of Khardah and Bansberia unit by augmenting production, productivity, cost reduction, KPI improvements, and overall systems and processes. Since 2018, Radha has been spearheading various programs like Business Excellence initiatives, which promote innovations from the ground up; Bandhan Initiative, Suggestion Mela scheme; Pratibha and Pride awards, R&R initiative; and the prestigious Jal Sevak Samman Awards, a platform where silent water warriors are identified and celebrated. She has also been valuable in introducing multiple people-related policies and employee growth and leadership preparation programs like 'Pragati' across all units. She has recently been appointed as the Project lead for ECL’s latest upcoming project in Dhenkanal, Orissa. Radha holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management and Organizational Analysis from King’s College, London along with a B.Sc. in Psychology from Cardiff University, Wales, UK.
